Items for sale
Baobab Paris is a small business selling handmade products in small quantities. Each item is manufactured in a small workshop in Paris. Products may vary depending on the fabric parts and labels used and may not correspond a hundred per cent to the photo on the site. If you want a picture of the exact item available, please contact us before purchase.
Pricing
The price of each item presented is displayed in its description. These prices do not include the cost of shipping the order. The amount varies according to the product ordered and will be specified during the order before the validation of the purchase.
In the case of a personalised request, prices may vary according to the materials and the work to be carried out.
Order
The customer must fill in his information for his order to be registered. The customer who is not registered will have to fill in his information beforehand to be able to order. After validation of the payment, the customer receives an e-mail informing him/her that his/her order has been registered. Any registered order implies acceptance of the price and the description of the product.
Any order will only be taken into consideration after payment has been accepted.
We undertake to honour orders received within the limits of available stocks and in case of unavailability to inform the customer by any means at its convenience. The client may then cancel the order and be reimbursed, if applicable, the sums already paid.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer for legitimate reasons (problems related to payment, history...).
Our vouchers are valid until six months from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed directly at our online store.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
We are not responsible if a Voucher is lost or stolen and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Payment
Payment by credit card :
We accept payment by Credit Card, Visa, and Mastercard. In order to validate the payment, the internet user must indicate the name of the cardholder as well as the card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram appearing on the card (a 3-digit code allowing the security of transactions).
We use the services of Stripe for its credit card payments.

Delivery
We are shipping within all Europe. If you live outside of Europe or encounter a problem while ordering, please contact us directly.
Deliveries are made according to product availability and in the order in which orders are received.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the order is shipped within an average of 5 days and a maximum of 15 working days from the day of payment by the customer of his order.
Exceeding the delivery time may not give rise to damages, deductions or cancellation of orders in progress.
However, if 1 month after the indicative delivery date the product has not been sent out, for any reason other than a case of force majeure, the sale may then be cancelled at the request of either party.
The customer may obtain the return of his deposit, excluding any indemnity or damages.
The following are considered to be cases of force majeure discharging us from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents.
We will keep the client informed if necessary of the cases and events listed above.
The client is required to verify the completeness and truthfulness of the information provided to us when filling out the information form(s). Consequently, we cannot be held responsible in the event that any errors or inaccuracies appear in the customer's delivery address.
Warranty
We take particular care in each of our creations: If ever you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email and attach a picture. Together we will find a solution.
Return,exchange & refund
You have a period of 21 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us.
In order for the bag to be taken back or exchanged, it must be returned to us in perfect condition. It must also be in its original packaging.
We will replace your item if it is defective or damaged.
Only items purchased on our online shop may be subject to a refund or exchange. Customer-specific or personalised orders are excluded from exchange or refund.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale or with a discount cannot be refunded.
Shipping and liability for returns, exchanges and refunds
The shipping costs to return your item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
When sending something back, we advise you to use a traceable shipping service (tracked letter or parcel) with proof of delivery.
Baobab Paris will in no case be held responsible for theft, loss or damage during transport.
